Return Eligibility

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your package. Items for return must be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging. The following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable: personalized goods, clearance items, perishable products, items marked final sale.

How to Start a Return

Please send an email to ormkcocmjdv@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the item, and your reason for return. Our support team will reply to you with further return instructions within 2‑3 business days. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our error, such as wrong item shipped or product defect.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, an approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing speed. If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us for resolution support.
